I am very glad I did. They really build your calves and I can tell my legs are toner. I only wear them when I workout, so I figure they will last awhile. i was so love this MBT shoes

As a working mom with 2 young kids, I basically have no time to excercise daily. so I tried on the MBT shoes to make every step of walking as excercise. I love it! It's comfortable . Highly recommended!

The best thing about these shoes is the fact that when my foot hits the ground, the shock absorption of the initial impact of my heel hitting the ground is so comfortable and so graceful that there is no impact on my knees from the impact.
